GENERAL YARD CARE
Remove the debris, leaves, and toys before you mow. Get rid of winter weeds (typically a sign of poor drainage or the need for aerification) aerate if necessary. Fill in low spots.MOWING
Cut lower than normal to help remove excess leaves, grass, and permit heat and light in. Never remove more than 1/3 of the grass leaf height per mowing.FERTILIZING

Mulched grass can provide up to 20% of your fertilizer needs. Mulching is best on the late spring to fall cut height. Taller grass helps cool the lawn and promotes deeper, stronger root growth.
